About the Program
Hot Topics in Probate is the popular biennial seminar sponsored by the Probate Assembly and the CBA Estates and Probate and Elder Law Sections. This year’s seminar, presented by probate judges and attorneys, will focus on the Connecticut Parentage Act, conservatorships, Connecticut Uniform Trust Code, as well as ethical considerations.
Who Should Purchase
All attorneys or members of the judiciary who work within Connecticut’s probate courts. Any practitioners whose practice includes estates and probate matters, and practitioners whose work is related to conservators or individuals under conservatorship.
The Connecticut Bar Association/CT Bar Institute is an accredited provider of New York State CLE. This program qualifies for transitional and non-transitional CLE credits.
Attorneys seeking NY CLE credit who have been admitted to the New York State Bar for two years or less must attend the live seminar for skills or ethics credit, or a fully interactive videoconference. Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias CLE credits are only available as non-transitional credits.
