CLE Credit
This program will explore the basics of federal practice. The presentation will focus on identifying the unique features of federal practice, which will be beneficial for both new and more experienced lawyers. Recent federal rule changes will also be highlighted as a springboard for those entering federal practice and a refresher for those with more experience.
Who Should Purchase
All young lawyers who practice in the Federal Bar or are interested in joining the Federal Bar. This program will be especially timely for new attorneys who may have experience in state court and will soon be eligible for federal practice.
Attorneys seeking NY CLE credit who have been admitted to the New York State Bar for two years or less must attend the live seminar for skills or ethics credit, or a fully interactive videoconference. Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias CLE credits are only available as non-transitional credits.
