Legal operations (“legal ops”) describes the point where everything you need to practice law intersects. It's a helpful, and exhaustive way to think about your practice, but you don't have unlimited time. Clients need help; lights need to be kept on. You need easy wins, quickly. During this presentation, Attorney Groff will share steps he took to improve legal operations as firm administrator at a small and busy law firm. In the end, everyone at the firm said the changes made were worthwhile, and a definite net gain.
