Original Seminar Course Length: 1.5 Hours. General
The emphasis of this workshop is on practical work. This workshop will include (1) a claim drafting exercise, where attendees will draft a claim to read on a competitive product, and (2) an overview of typical enforcement of a patent.

Who Should Attend
The course will be of particular benefit to law school students interested in patent law, to patent attorneys who have between one (1) and five (5) years’ experience in the IP profession, and those who wish to improve their claim drafting skills.
