This session will delve into the psychology of law practice and explore the challenges attorneys face when interacting with difficult clients and colleagues. It will focus on managing specific personality types in order to develop effective advocacy and negotiation techniques and touch on the topics of mental health and substance abuse. It will provide specific strategies attorneys can use to manage clients who are under stress and need support and assistance.
