This training will help attorneys who provide legal services to veterans with disability and related claims before the Veterans Benefit Administration. This training is designed for accredited veterans advocates who wish to dive deeper into helping veterans—particularly veterans having difficulty accessing the VA or facing mental health issues.
Attorneys accredited previously to practice before the VA must update their training to maintain accreditation. This training is developed to help VA accredited attorneys maintain their accreditation. It is not suitable for the first year of accreditation CLE. You may access the Basic VA Benefits Training (EVM191021) for free by volunteering to take a VA benefits case through CBA Pro Bono Connect.
