The seminar will cover those rules pertaining to client intake, duties to prospective clients, conflicts, engagement agreements, fees, retainers, communicating with your client, confidentiality, working remotely and using technology, settlement funds, safekeeping property, as well as responsibilities of supervisory and subordinate lawyers.
