About the Program
The Official Connecticut Fee Schedule For Hospitals and Ambulatory Surgical Centers went into effect April 1, 2015 and applies to all workers’ compensation bills at hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers, though many attorneys and some insurance carriers have not learned how it works. This presentation will go through the basics of how to apply the fee schedule correctly. All attorneys who practice workers’ compensation law should have a basic understanding of how the fee schedule works per Rule 1.1 of the Model Rules of Professional Conduct.
Non-members should call (844)469-2221 to learn how to become a member to gain access to these free member resources.
