Ethical issues present themselves in all areas of law. This program will focus on ethical issues that arise in commercial real estate transactions. You will hear from attorneys discussing both environmental and lender ethical responsibilities and a Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) discussing the ethical responsibilities when conducting environmental investigations related to commercial transactions. Join us as we review actual situations that lawyers and LEPs have found themselves facing.
