About the Program
The Connecticut Supreme and Appellate Courts have begun holding oral arguments via video conference. This webinar details the procedures for participating in those video arguments, as well as demonstrate the Cisco video platform that the courts will be using to host those arguments. In addition, the speakers provide tips to maximize the effectiveness of your argument using this new platform. Additional video content included, regarding lessons learned from a mock argument session held with the presenters.
Any advocate, regardless of appellate experience, who may be arguing a case before the Supreme Court or Appellate Court in the coming months.
