Connecticut has recently enacted Executive Order Number 7Q. This order creates the ability to utilize (HEC) Home Electronic Closing In Connecticut as a way to maximize social distancing efforts to stop the spread of the virus. This program will take a deep dive into the order itself and put together a plan as to how you can utilize.
