As statutes are revised and courts decide precedent-setting cases, the legal framework for conservation is constantly evolving. Clients rely on attorneys to draft conservation easements that will preserve land indefinitely. The laws that govern land conservation are intricate and during this session we will unpack the complexity of conservation easements and the like. This program seeks to encourage the development of your conservation knowledge and analysis.

The Connecticut Bar Association/CT Bar Institute is an accredited provider of New York State CLE. This program qualifies for transitional and non-transitional CLE credits.
Attorneys seeking NY CLE credit who have been admitted to the New York State Bar for two years or less must attend the live seminar for skills or ethics credit, or a fully interactive video conference. Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias CLE credits are only available as non-transitional credits.
