This program surveys family law decisions in the past year, and significant statutory and Practice Book changes that implicate family law practice. Discussion of cases organized by subject matter willinclude: child custody, alimony, child support, property division, attorney’s fees, modification of orders, contempt, evidence, discovery, pendente lite orders, and post-judgment orders.
