This training will help attorneys who provide legal services to veterans with disability and related claims before the Veterans Administration. In addition, information on the new Rapid Appeals Modernization Act will be provided.
Attorneys accredited previously to practice before the VA MUST update their training to maintain accreditation. VA regulations require completion of qualifying CLE “during the first 12-month period following the date of initial accreditation by the VA, an additional qualifying CLE within three years after the initial accreditation date, and every two years thereafter." This seminar will provide the required training.

Attorneys seeking NY CLE credit who have been admitted to the New York State Bar for two years or less must attend the live seminar for skills or ethics credit, or a fully interactive video conference. Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias CLE credits are only available as non-transitional credits.
