Learn everything you need to know about the new Connecticut Uniform LLC Act through hypothetical examples and case studies. Sample operating agreement provisions will be provided as the basis for drafting “do’s” and “don’t’s,” and the panel will make drafting suggestions to mitigate potential disputes.
