About the Program
Mindfulness is the practice of gently quieting the racing mind and, in turn, strengthening your “attention muscle” – the ability to focus into the present moment. The benefits of this practice include better management of stress levels, while improving memory and focus, and creating a much healthier relationship with your thoughts and emotions.
