A seminar about the history and current developments in Connecticut's Environmental Justice law, including overview of Environmental Justice law implementation in CT, Environmental Justice and permitting processes, newest amendments to Environmental Justice law, including 2020 and 2023 expansions, current regulation development and CEEJAC (Connecticut Equity and Environmental Justice Advisory Council) activities, considerations for the environmental practitioner.
