About the Program
Privacy and data processing landscapes are constantly changing in this country with many states implementing many different consumer privacy protections and federal agencies creating complex regulatory schemes. In the absence of any broad federal consumer privacy protection law, businesses and lawyers are forced to wade through the rapidly growing patchwork of laws and rules. How does Artificial Intelligence factor in? This lively and engaging discussion on these topics will feature panelists who grapple with these issues regularly and who can offer valuable insights.
