The Current State of Trans-Healthcare as Affected by National Anti-Trans Legislation panel/seminar combines the personal and professional experiences of openly trans attorneys, medical practitioners, and patients to educate attorneys and medical professionals on the current state of trans healthcare throughout the U.S. Panelists will speak to the need to adapt the practice of medicine based on the emerging, restrictive laws throughout the country and the possible legal consequences that will stem therefrom. Further, each panelist will be able to speak about the personal impact anti-trans healthcare legislation can have on the trans community, including decisions about where to live and where to work based on where they can receive adequate healthcare.
