This seminar focuses on three aspects of complaints at the CHRO: proceeding through the new fact finding process after a Case Assessment Review; best practices for attorneys handling pro se litigants; and changes practices and procedures at the CHRO in the future. Participants will be given the opportunity to submit questions for the panel ahead of time.
