CT: 1.0 CLE Credits (General)
This seminar will take you through the history of protections afforded to pregnant workers and how the recently enacted Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) adds to those protections. Our speakers will address how the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission proposes to regulate the recently enacted PWFA, steps employers should take in order to comply, and the new protections pregnant workers can expect from the PWFA. Although recently enacted, our speakers will discuss real life examples and comparative cases in other jurisdictions.
Who Should Purchase
Attorneys seeking NY CLE credit who have been admitted to the New York State Bar for two years or less must attend the live seminar for skills or ethics credit, a fully interactive videoconference, or simultaneous transmission with synchronous interactivity. Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias CLE credits are only available as non-transitional credits.
