Using Remote or Hybrid Work Environments-2023CLC-C03
Cost -
Program Date - June 05, 2023
CLE Credits
The pandemic forced sudden and numerous changes upon the workforce in a very short timeframe. Though the pandemic era was traumatic in many respects, one bright spot was the near universal acceptance of remote work in office environments. As a positive consequence, the world found itself in a position to employ numerous people for whom physical access or scheduling difficulties had presented problems. For example, remote and hybrid work has been instrumental in allowing employers to gain access to physically disabled workers. But as time has passed, we have seen that remote and hybrid work has also been instrumental in employee retention and work life balance, not just for physically disabled employees, but also single parents and others who have challenging scheduling issues. As we emerge into a post-pandemic-normal, how can we use remote work to continue our diversity gains? Join us as we discuss remote and hybrid work scenarios and the benefits of not limiting our job search pool solely to those who can physically come to work during specific hours.
