About the Program
Two of Connecticut’s prominent appellate attorneys will hold live oral argument before a panel of three current and former Connecticut appellate judges on an issue that was recently argued before the United States Supreme Court. Before argument each attorney will share their argument strategy out of the hearing of the other attorney and the panel of judges. Following the oral argument, the judges will offer feedback and analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of each attorney’s strategy and presentation.
