About the Program
The widespread use of technology and social media has made
electronically stored information a pervasive source of evidence for
litigators.The program will review the landscape of E-discovery and electronic evidence in the courtroom.Evidence derived from different social media platforms will be explored with a focus on its most effective use in litigation.The program will also examinecellular
data analysis, widely used in criminal and civil cases, to “place” a
person at a particular location based on cell phone usage.
