About the Program

This seminar will cover the legal clean-up faced by a business after a data breach. The program will review state data breach laws and pertinent federal laws for businesses, including those that maintain health information and are subject to HIPAA, and considerations from an insurance perspective so businesses understand how they can adequately protect themselves.
